Payments:
If you book by hotel or agency of where you live,
the payment for our services must be given in cash
at the departure. Credit cards or cheques are not
accepted. If you book by the net, the payment must
be in advance by paypal, bank transfer, or Western
Union.
Penalty in case of canceling:
Once you booke, the tour can be cancelled or changed
not later than 48 hours bifore the departure by
paying the 10 % of the total tour cost. Between
48 hours and 24 hours bifore the departure, the
customer will pay the 30 % of the tour cost. Between 24
and 12 hours, the ammount will be the 50% of the
total cost. If the tour is delated bifore these
limits or at the moment of the departure, the ammount
to pay will be of the 100%.
Plan changes and responsabilities:
We do not have responsability for atmosperical
problems. The Co.Ga.Sicily tour has the right
to modify the plan if it is opportune (snow storms,
heavy traffic, overcrowding, customer ability
and so on), but we could ch’ange the tour
by proposing an other interesting place with
possible price variation accordino to the participants,
we could interrupt the tour if the participants
sake is menaced, in this case the 30 % of the
amount is refunded, if the half-time of the tour
is not spent.We do not have responsability in
case of delay, lost ordamage of personal staff,
even if are third party damages who cause it.
Minimum participant number:
for every tour is requested a minimal number
of 2 participants. If the request is for an only
person, price could evolve in the case that is
not possible to include a person in another group,
if the same tour is requested in the same journey.
If we do not get minimum 2 persons, it
will be proposed a new price, or the tour will
be cancelled.
Booking time and booking way:
It is possible to book the tour with a simple
phone call or through internet, even the day
before according to availabilities. |
